Welcome to our FOURTH ANNUAL local Manotick community collaboration running event between inStride Running and The Fitness Lab. This is a no frills, barebones, NAKED event!
We have now completed the Naked Run for the past three years ...one year in cool sun and the next year in a snowstorm and one more in rain haha. Our first year we included a Marathon with great success but we have now narrowed it down to these three distances!
All are welcome, anything goes, let's just MOVE!

10:30 - FITLAB 500m FREE KIDS RUN
NEW: The Fitness Lab 500 (500m kids run for all ages) - 1 lap around TFL, postoffice hill, Giant Tiger and back to 692!

What does Naked Run mean?! It is a no frills, barebones, on your own type of run! There will be no closed roads, no on site first aid, no signage, no medals, no swag bags, and no water stations! It is fueled by you and the amazing energy race day carries with it!
If you register after OCTOBER 15th, You will MAY not receive a toque. Option to purchase on site after the race if available.
🆕 - Kids 14 and under can run for $15 - $5 goes to charity!
What’s included in the fee of $30?!
- $10 to charity, toque, routes, beer, broth + after party!
