Welcome to our local Manotick community collaboration running event between inStride Running and The Fitness Lab. This is a no frills, barebones, NAKED event!

This event was created during the pandemic to have something we could all train for while following Covid-19 rules and with races not happening. We have now completed the Naked Run for the past two years...one year in cool sun and the next year in a snowstorm haha. Our first year we included a Marathon with great success but we have now narrowed it down to these three distances!

All are all welcome, anything goes, let's just MOVE!

When: On Sunday October 22, we will be hosting the Naked Run 5K - 10K - Half Marathon (21.1K)

Time:

8:30am - Half Marathon

9:30 - 10K and 5K

Where: Start and Finish at 692 Coffee and Bar

What does Naked Run mean?! It is a no frills, barebones, on your own type of run! There will be no closed roads, no on site first aid, no signage, no medals, no swag bags, and no water stations! It is fueled by you and the amazing energy race day carries with it!

**If you register after OCTOBER 1st, You will NOT receive a toque.**

What’s included in the fee of $30?!

- $10 to charity, 1 Beer, Warm Broth at the end, Neon pink Naked Run Toque (must register before October 1st to receive a toque), Routes, and the After Party!

The After Party will be at 692, obviously!!!
